À la sortie de mon DU Management des Ressources Humaines, j’ai accompli mes premiers pas professionnels au sein des départements RH d'hôtels de luxe connus et reconnus tels que : le Gray d’Albion du Groupe Lucien Barrière, Le Majestic Barrière, les hôtels Byblos.
Il y a 2 ans, j’ai pris la décision de partir au Royaume-uni, voulant être parfaitement bilingue pour pouvoir intégrer de grandes chaînes hôtelières internationales.
J’ai commencé en tant que commis dans une chaîne de restaurants mondialement reconnue pour finir 18 mois plus tard en tant que Manager (45 personnes de 10 nationalités différentes à diriger!). L'opportunité à saisir était là (en France je n'aurais pas pu être promue aussi rapidement!)
Souhaitant allier les Ressources Humaines et le monde de l’hôtellerie Restauration j’ai rejoint l’équipe de Staff Kingdom, Agence de Recrutement Spécialisée dans l’Hôtellerie Restauration.
Aujourd’hui tout le monde sait que parler correctement anglais est indispensable pour accéder à des postes intéressants.

Following my third year in a DU (University Diploma) in Human Resources Management in Nice, I made my first professional steps in the HR department of luxury hotels such as the Gray d'Albion, the Majestic Barrier, and the Byblos.
Two years ago, I decided to come to the United-Kingdom, to become bilingual in order to integrate large International Hotel Groups.
I started as a commis in a famous restaurant's chain to finish 18 months later as Shift Running Manager (45 people from 10 different nationalities to lead!). The opportunity was there for the taking, (in France you could not be promoted so quickly!).
Wishing to combine Human Resources and the Hospitality Industry I joined the team at Staff Kingdom Recruitment Agency, specialising in the Hotel Industry.
Today everyone knows that speaking English fluently is essential to access any good position within any establishment.
